GH10 Series Manual Loading Regulators
ITT Conoflow's GH10 Series of manual loading regulators are designed for use in laboratories, remote loading of
pneumatic devices, speed changers, and other general purpose applications.
These units are constructed of brass bodies, aluminum bonnets, Buna "N" diaphragm assembies, brass body stainless
steel plug nozzle assemblies, and steel-plated range springs.
Overview
- Maximum supply pressure: 200 PSI (1379 kPa)
- Regulated output pressure ranges: 0-3, 15, 25, 50, and 125 PSI (0-21, 103, 172, 241, 345, 862 kPa)
- Connections: 1/4" NPT (no gauge ports)
- Sensitivity: 0.20" (0.51 cm) H2O (with relief and bleed)
- Supply pressure effect: 01. PSI for 25 PSI (0.69 kPa for 172 kPa) change in supply pressure
- Ambient temperature range: -20°F to +150°F (-29°C to +66°C) with Buna "N" diaphragm

GH21 and GDH21 Series Differential Pressure Regulators
ITT Conoflow's GH21 and GDH21 Series of differential pressure regulators are used to maintain a constant pressure
differential across a variable or fixed orifice, which provides a constant flow rate regardless of upstream or
downstream pressure variations.
These units are available in various material combinations including aluminum, brass, and stainless steel bodies
and bonnets, Buna "N" diaphram assemblies, and a wide range of nozzle assembly materials.

- Maximum supply pressure: 100 PSI (690 kPa), 200 PSI (1379 kPa), 300 PSI (2068 kPa)
- Connections: 1/8" NPT-1/2" NPT with some available in signal port

FR95 Filter Regulators
ITT Conoflow's FR95 Series Airpak® Filter-Regulator provides clean, accurate air to instruments, valves,
positioners, transducers, and other pneumatic control devices.
Overview
These units feature a black, anodized-coated aluminum body and bowl, nylon reinforced Buna "N" diaphragm
assembly, brass with Buna "N" soft seat nozzle assembly, stainless steel nozzle spring, zinc-plated carbon steel
filter plate and optional mounting bracket.

- Regulated output pressure ranges: 0-25 psi (0-172 kPa), 0-60 psi (0-414 kPa), 0-125 (0-862 kPa)

Vacuum Regulators
ITT Conoflow's GH20VT Series of stainless steel vacuum regulators are designed to accurately regulate the
sub-atmospheric pressure of a vessel being evacuated. These units are well suited for lab work and test stands for
simulation of high altitude conditions.

- Connections: 1/4" NPT with 1/8" NPT vacuum sensing port
- Regulated vacuum: 0-15" and 30" Hg (38.1 and 76.2 cm Hg)

Positioners
The ITT Conoflow Commandaire® Positioner (GC31 and GC34) are a top-mounted, rugged, reliable, integral
positioners used with piston or spring and diaphragm actuators to provide proportional positioning of an actuator
with stroke lengths up to 10".
Overview
- Supply pressure effect: less than 0.15% per psi
- Power amplification - (proportional band): less than 5.0% deviation in signal or stroke produces full
output pressure change
- Ambient temperature range: -20°F to +150°F (-29°C to +66°C)
- Flow capacity (dynamic): up to 5.0 SCFM (0.14 m3/min) in either direction with a 100 psi (690 kPa supply)

The ITT Conoflow GT210 Series is a series of miniature electropneumatic transducers (I/P - E/P transducers) that
accept a vareity of input signals and convert them to proportional pneumatic output signals. They are well suited
to controllers, relays, HVAC systems, energy management systems, valve actuators, and control room applications.

- Input ranges: 4-20/10-50 mA DC or 0-5/1-9 VDC
- Nominal input impedance: 91 ohms, 225 ohms, 385 ohms, 535 ohms
- Output signals: 3-15 psi (21-103 kPa), 3-27 psi (21-186kPa), 6-30 psi (41-207 kPa)
- Position effect:

ITT Conoflow GB52SC-GB53SC Series Pneumatic Lever Actuator
ITT Conoflow offers the GB52SC-GB53SC series of pneumatic lever actuators, which combine a piston actuator and
lever mechanism to automatically position dampers, louvers, variable pitch fans, and make mechanical adjustments
to process machinery. The actuator assembly is completely enclosed to protect moving parts from corrosive
atmospheres and adverse weather conditions, and the exterior parts of the unit are protected with
corrosion-resistant paint. These units feature an aluminum cylinder and piston, 303 stainless steel stem, Buna "N"
seals, one-piece ductile iron yoke and base, and steel lever, fulcrum arm, and pins.
